Website Terms of Agreement - Acceptance of Terms
The services that WhisperWillow Mod Support Site ("WhisperWillow Mod Support", "WhisperWillow", "whisperwillow.com", or "SITE") provides to you, ("USER," "USERS", "USER'S", "YOU", or "YOUR"), are subject to the following TERMS OF AGREEMENT ("TOA").
WhisperWillow Mod Support Site reserves the right to update the TOA at any time without notice to the USERS.
You are solely responsible for your use of the SITE and for ensuring that your use complies fully with the provisions of the TOA.
Each time you use the Site, you should check the date of the TOA (which appears above) and review any changes that have been made since your last visit to the Site.
Service Limitations
WhisperWillow Mod Support Site reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, limit, or discontinue any aspect, content, or feature of the SITE, as well as any aspect pertaining to the use of the SITE.
If you do not agree to the provisions of this TOA or at any time are not satisfied with this SITE, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue your use of this site immediately.
Email and Private Message (email/PM) Policy
WhisperWillow Mod Support's email/PM services are a permission-based system. USERS may only use these services to send email/PM to recipients who have voluntarily joined these services.
The use of WhisperWillow Mod Support Site's email/PM services and addresses to send unauthorized, unsolicited, or unwanted email/PM is strictly prohibited.
If you have received unwanted or unsolicited email/PM sent via this SITE, please report abuse to webmaster@whisperwillow.com.
The transmission of unsolicited commercial email/PM is expressly forbidden to and through this SITE.
All SITE transmitted information is only intended for the original USERS of these services. Retransmission of any of the material sent from this SITE is strictly prohibited.
TOA Privacy Policy
At WhisperWillow Mod Support Sites option, WhisperWillow records the personally-identifiable and non-personally-identifiable information obtained via the SITE.
We do not sell, share, or rent this information to anyone or any entity, and access to this information is explicitly restricted to employees of WhisperWillow who have a specific, job-related need for this same information.
In addition, this SITE is protected to help prevent unauthorized access by all others. Further, WhisperWillow reserves the right at all times to disclose any material or information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or US federal order.
WhisperWillow Mod Support Site reserves the right to collect, use, and distribute demographic data about you, the USER, and your use of the SITE in forms that do not identify you individually or reveal your personal identity.
Content Use Policy
You, the USER, will use the SITE and any content, material, or information found on the SITE solely for lawful, non-commercial, and personal purposes.
You shall not upload to, distribute to, or otherwise disseminate through this SITE any material or information of any kind that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or otherwise violates any law or infringes or violates any rights of any other person or entity, or contains a solicitation of funds, advertising, or a solicitation for goods or services except in those places specifically set aside for such solicitations such as the Classified Ads section.
You, the USER, warrant that any material or information that you make available through the SITE, including, for example, postings to discussion areas and forums, is solely your original work, or that you have all necessary rights to make the material or information of any other person or entity available on the SITE.
You will be solely responsible for the content of any material or information that you make available through the SITE. You will also be liable for any damage resulting from making any material or information available through the SITE.
By making any material or information available through the SITE, you automatically grant to WhisperWillow a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and sub-license any such material or information (in whole or in part) and/or to incorporate it in other works regardless of form, media, or technology.
By making any material or information available through the SITE, you also grant to USERS other than yourself the right and license to access, view, store, or reproduce your material and information for that USER'S personal, private, and non-commercial use.
WhisperWillow Mod Support Site has no obligation to, and does not and cannot, review every item of material or information that you and USERS other than yourself make available through the SITE, and WhisperWillow is not responsible for any content of this material or information.
However, WhisperWillow reserves the right to delete, move, or edit any material or information that it deems, at its sole discretion: unacceptable, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or otherwise in violation of any law or that infringes or violates any rights of any other person or entity.
Disclaimer
Posting to the SITE by any authorized USER reflects their own thoughts and opinions. USERS do not represent the official positions or policies of WhisperWillow Mod Support Site. Therefore, USERS assume responsibility and liability for the content they have been authorized to add to the SITE.
Warranty
Any use of this SITE will be at the USERS sole risk. WhisperWillow Mod Support assumes no liability whatsoever as a result of your use of these services, and makes no representation as to the capability, quality, performance or suitability of the services for use with any other software or for any other purpose whatever.
The SITE services are provided 'as-is' and without warranty. Warranties are neither expressed nor implied. WhisperWillow makes no claims of SITE fitness for a particular purpose.
Accuracy and reliability of the delivery systems is NOT the responsibility of WhisperWillow. All standard disclaimers also apply.
These services are for the sole use of authorized USERS who have agreed to abide by the TOA. Opinions or statements expressed on WhisperWillow SITES are not necessarily the opinions of WhisperWillow Mod Support Site employees.
WhisperWillow Mod Support neither supports nor endorses any vendor, OEM, brand name, registered name, author, publisher, ministry, or services: referenced, used, listed, posted, installed, or licensed by WhisperWillow.
